Deluxe Chalet Loft Model
Offering a versatile living space with the option of 1-4 bedrooms

The base model measures 24′ x 32′ and provides 768 square feet of living space plus an additional 320 square feet in the framed loft area. You can expand up to 1408 square feet. The master bedroom includes a closet, and the living and dining areas are designed as a great room (see drawings). The cabin features custom loft trusses that span the entire structure, allowing for future loft construction with a convenient fold-down access ladder.

Green Chalet Model ( 1 Bedroom )

The Green Model Chalet offers a compact yet luxurious living space of 720 square feet, which includes a 120-square-foot covered deck with railing. The interior spans 600 square feet, featuring a master bedroom with a closet and an open living and dining room (see drawings). Vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel throughout the cabin. The cabin includes a full-glass entry door, two 4′ wide picture windows, and one bedroom window.
